Technology of activation system of aluminum-coagulant solution ESACS successfully operated on a number of filter stations producing drinking water. At all object obtained positive results (at different stations around 30-50%) in significant savings of coagulant, while maintaining high quality rates of the drinking water. Activation of coagulant solution is realized in two-stage reactors using ruthenium oxide of titanium anodes (ROTA) and non-rusting cathodes. The system of power and control ESACS executed on a microprocessor and is fully automated. Optimization of processes of coagulant solution activation is carried out depending on the conductivity, temperature and consumption of the material.
